Here is a little trick to try next time this happens to you. Put 1 drop of Frankincense oil on your thumb and then immediately press that to the roof of your mouth. Hold it there for a few seconds and repeat as needed. You should instantly start feeling some relief with that head tension.
Another great benefit of Frank is its ability to enhance other oils. For example, if you are having some discomfort during that time of the month. Add a drop of Aromatouch or Deep Blue oil to your abdomen and massage it in for the discomfort. Now, to intensify that oil to help with the discomfort, you can just simply add a drop or two of Frank on top and massage it in.
